This library provides resources for all aspects of the NCA Convention from the submission process to presenting.
Reviewing the General Convention Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and the Professional Standards for Convention Participants are two great places to start for general information about the NCA Convention. We have also created a special Convention Location Guide for Orlando so attendees know what to expect from a resort location. Other resources are organized below.

| Convention Submission Process |
Below is important and helpful information as you consider your convention submission. The first step for anyone considering making a submission should be to review the Professional Standards for Convention Participants. This guide will answer many questions about the commitment that comes with making a submission to the NCA convention as well as guidelines on determing whether or not to submit.
Once you have made the decision to submit please familiarize yourself with the convention submission system before you submit by reviewing the step-by-step How to Submit presentation. Be sure to keep the slides close by for reference during the submission process.
NCA also offers instructive “How to Submit” training webinars. The webinar(s) will discuss how to successfully submit individual papers, paper sessions, and panel discussions via NCA Submission Central. The webinar(s) will also answer any questions submitters may have about the submission process. We strongly encourage all potential submitters to attend a webinar so that the submission process is smooth and enjoyable. If you plan to attend a webinar, please print the step-by-step How to Submit presentation ahead of time so you can take notes. If you are not able to attend a webinar, you may access a previously recorded webinar. At this time, all webinars have been conducted.
